Your card is probably registered at a different address

For your own protection, the company who processes our payments insist that your billing address is the same one that your card is registered at.

Once you’ve put the correct address in for the card, you can choose any address for delivery they don’t have to be the same address.

But I use this card all the time and it never fails

A lot of websites don’t perform an address check on the payment card, but because of the high value of our items an address check on the card is mandatory.

My payment is still failing

For some large companies or people who have moved house etc. It might be difficult to work out the exact address where your card is currently registered.

When your payment keeps failing we know it can be very, very, very frustrating!
